Senior Football training returned last week Tuesday Friday and Sunday with great response.

Well done again to Westmeath footballers who were equal to Mayo on Saturday until final minutes.

Westmeath Senior Ladies provided very strong competition against Donegal and showed great skill and determination before the experienced northerner county claimed victory in closing  phase.

The club’s thoughts and prayers are with everyone who lost family or friends recently.

We especially remember family and friends of Johnny Grouden, Ballydrown, who sadly passed away this week.
