Castledaly Fit Club and Castledaly Junior Fit Club are run by Liam Fitzpatrick, Lorcan Dolan and Paulette Meehan. The Fit Club is run throughout the year Monday, Wednesday and Friday and Junior Fit Club is run by Paulette On Tuesday’s for the younger members of the Community. 

Senior Fit Club is for both men and women with the Women meeting at 7pm and Men at 8pm.

The Groups and trained by Senior Footballer and Personal Trainer Liam Fitzpatrick together with Lorcan Dolan. All Members of the Club are welcome to join Fit Club .
